3. Payment Terms
Innootec accepts payments in US Dollars via PayPal, credit card, and wire transfer. Payment must be made in the currency in which the order was placed. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with our sales team, payment in full is required prior to shipment. For inquiries about alternative payment arrangements, please contact our customer service team.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Innootec offers various shipping methods, including FedEx, DHL, and UPS. We can also accommodate shipping methods requested by the client or allow you to use your own logistics service if you provide an existing account with a courier.

• Lead Time: Estimated lead times are provided for reference only and will be confirmed upon order placement. Innootec is not liable for any delays beyond our reasonable control.

• Shipping Costs and Risk of Loss: Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all shipments are made EXW (Ex Works) from our designated warehouse. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, insurance, duties, and taxes. The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the customer upon our delivery of the Products to the carrier.

  
  

5. Quality and After-Sales Service

• 5.1 Quality Guarantee & Warranty: We guarantee that all Products are 100% original and new, sourced from original manufacturers or authorized distributors. All Products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

• 5.2 Returns for Quality Issues: If you identify a quality issue, you must notify us within three (3) business days of delivery. To process a claim, you must provide a formal report detailing the issue, including descriptions, photos, videos, and any preliminary test results. If the issue is confirmed by us, we will exchange the defective product in accordance with our after-sales service agreement. Innootec will bear the return and replacement shipping costs for confirmed quality issues.

• 5.3 Damaged Shipments: Claims for products with apparent damage sustained during transportation will only be accepted if the damage is documented upon receipt. You must photograph the damaged package as evidence before opening it and report it to us immediately.

• 5.4 Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped. Prior to shipment, cancellation requests are subject to Innootec's sole discretion and may be accepted only if there is valid proof that the merchandise does not conform to our originality guarantee.

  
  

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• 6.1 Disclaimer: Innootec makes reasonable efforts to maintain the functionality of the Site. However, we shall not be liable for any Site unavailability, crashes, or access issues resulting from force majeure or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Innootec is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.
